3. LIMITED WARRANTY. LANGMaster.com, s.r.o. guarantees that the Course will be functional under normal use. LANGMaster.com, s.r.o. will not honour any other warranties. LANGMaster.com, s.r.o. This limited warranty is void if the failure of the Course is due to accident, mistreatment, misuse or misapplication.
4. LIMITED RESPONSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL LANGMaster.com, s.r.o. OR ITS SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE COURSE.
5. LICENSE TERMINATION. This License is valid until its termination. The license termination is automatic on any breach of any of its provisions.
6. COMMERCIAL MESSAGES Acceptance of this agreement means approval to get commercial emails. You can disclaim your approval to get commercial emails later. This licence agreement will remain valid.
